Yuen Zeon Decoration is the export company of Huizhou Guosen Lighting Tree Co., Ltd. Since 2006 our factory has built artificial Christmas trees for retailers and brands: hinged trees first, with garlands, wreaths and pop-up trees to match.

01 / The range

One factory. Four product families.

Hinged trees are what we make most. Garlands, wreaths and pop-up trees come from the same factory, so you can source a full Christmas range from one supplier.

Hinged treesCore range Our main product. Every branch is hinged to the pole, so the tree opens into shape as each section goes in and folds flat again to pack.
GarlandsMatched to the trees Garlands in the same needle types as our trees, so a garland matches the tree beside it. WreathsPlain or decorated Wreaths built with the same tips and lights as our trees and garlands, from 12 in (30 cm) across. Pop-up treesUp to 15,000 / month A pop-up tree opens from flat in one movement and folds back down for storage.
02 / Anatomy

Five parts you can specify.

Every hinged tree is built from the same five parts. Change any of them and the tree becomes your own model.

  1. PE molded tips. Injection-molded to read as real needles up close. The higher the PE share, the more natural the tree.
  2. PVC fill. Cut from PVC film and set behind the PE tips to add fullness at a lower cost.
  3. Hinge rings. Branches hinge from rings on the pole and fall into place when you lift each section in.
  4. Sectional pole. A metal pole in two or three sections that slot together.
  5. Stand. A folding metal stand sized to the tree’s height and weight.

Lights, color, flocking and packaging are yours to specify too. Custom & OEM

04 / How we work

From brief to container in five steps.

  1. Brief Send sizes, quantities, target price and market. We reply with options and prices within 3 business days.
  2. Sample about 2 weeks We make a sample to your spec. The sample fee is credited against your order.
  3. Confirm You approve the sample and pay a 30% deposit.
  4. Produce 60–90 days We build, inspect and pack to the approved sample.
  5. Ship You pay the 70% balance before shipment. We ship FOB Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou) or DDP.
How we work, in detail
05 / The season

Order by May for September shelves.

Production takes 60 to 90 days. The sea voyage adds 20 to 35 days to the US and 35 to 50 days to Europe. Approve samples by spring and your trees arrive in time for the selling season.

A typical season for a sea-freight order. New designs need longer sampling; repeat styles can start later.
